Miniature lipstick kits

Visual campaign created for the launch of two new lip kits from theBalm Cosmetics. These images were used as both marketing material and as permanent assets on the client’s website, seen here and here. Transparent materials present many challenges for computer rendering as they tend to darken and distort the color of whatever they incase. Significant effort was expended creating models that would maintain the vibrant, attractive color of the product while still being naturally affected by the plastic packaging and lighting.

I modeled, textured, lit, and styled all elements of these scenes. Graphic design was provided by the client. The scene was modeled in Blender.
